Measurement Based Care for Substance Use Disorders (MBC4SUD)
Data collected as part of measurement-based care can be applied to a variety of uses for the purpose of informing and improving clinical care through evidence informed decisions.
1) The data can be used to create a clinician feedback report that summarizes a single client’s responses to the clinic’s key measures. This report can be used by the clinician to review a client’s status and guide therapeutic planning and conversations
2) The same data can also be used to create a client feedback report. These reports go directly back to individual clients to give them a glimpse of their own status, and how their clinical outcomes may change over time.
3) Measurement based care allows for a broader look at a clinical population. Data collected can be aggregated to evaluate entire client populations at a given timepoint or over time.
